Fabric Friday: The Big Snail
The Big Snail print, also known as Afa ne nwa and Escargot grande. People often fall in love with the colours of these bright prints and bold patterns before they realise what they are. This particular design features a snail! Yes, a snail. If you look closely, you’ll notice that the spiral-type motifs are snails!
Here is our currently collection. Which is your favourite colour combination? I think I currently favour the burnt orange and blue. All are available to purchase by clicking on each image to take you to the product page.
What would you make with you Big Snail print? Bronwen of Fabazaar made this funky colour popping swing jacket from the Red and Blue version.
If you have bought the big snail print, do share your creations with us, we would love to see them. Enjoy your weekend sewing!
