DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?
We do not currently offer wholesale purchasing.
DO YOU SEND OUT SAMPLES?
Yes we do. You can order up to 5 small swatches for £2 plus postage. Click sample swatches for further details.
DO YOU HAVE A BRICKS AND MORTAR STORE?
We are currently an online store but we do participate in a few selling events over the course of the year where we sell our fabrics in person. If you would like to touch and see the fabric in person, do join our mailing list or check out events page for information on our next shows.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
The cost of your order is calculated automatically based on weight. Simply add items to the shopping basket and the delivery options and costs will be displayed.
WITHIN THE UK: Shipping is via Royal Mail post and delivery is within 2-3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL (including EUROPE non-EU Countries): All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or DHL depending on the size of your order. Shipping takes between 3 to 7 working days to most destinations but will may longer during busy periods like Christmas, Bank Holiday and so on. Your patience is very much appreciated.
EUROPE EU Countries: With the UK leaving the EU, the way shipments are handled and charged have changed significantly. All orders will be sent via DHL with all shipping, handling, Duty and VAT included in the delivery costs you pay at checkout. This is in order to provide a clear cost of your goods and to avoid any delays with your shipment. You will not pay anything else on delivery.
EXPRESS/PRIORITY SHIPPING: If you need a faster delivery kindly contact us for a quote where a express option is not displayed at checkout. Your package will be sent via DHL and orders received before noon (BST- British Summer Time) will be dispatched on the same day. Your package will arrive the next working day for UK destinations and within 3 working days for most international destinations.
Within the UK, Next Day Delivery is available through DHL and orders received before noon on a weekday will be delivered the next working day. Orders received over the weekend will be sent out on Mondays. Orders received on a bank holiday will be sent out on the next working day. Kindly provide a telephone number if you choose Express or Next Day Delivery option.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We most certainly do! We do ship worldwide but if you do not see you country on the shipping list do get in touch.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES: All orders are shipped from the U.K. Please be advised that the recipient is responsible for paying any import duties and taxes that might be incurred in their country once the order arrives. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and subsequent charges vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

We ship world-wide so simply select your country at check out and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. Please be advised that you are responsible for paying any import duty that might be incurred in your country
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Below is a guide to how long it will take to receive your order. Kindly note that this is just a guide and it may take longer than stated. Also note that during the busy holiday months, November and December especially, shipping may take a little longer.
UK- 1 to 2 working days
Europe- 3 to 7 working days
Australia and New Zealand- 7 to 12 working days
USA and Canada- 5 to 10 working days
Asia- 7 to 10 working days
HOW SECURE IS YOUR STORE?
Our store uses PayPal and Stripe for payments. Your confidential information is automatically encrypted in transit from your computer to their servers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover payments all through PayPal or Stripe. If you would like to use another form of payment, kindly send us an email.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our site. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. You can also pay using your Credit or Debit card.
”I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING, HOW DO I GO ABOUT THAT?”
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange only if the fabric is defective or damaged. As the fabric is cut to your desired length, this is considered to be a customised item and can only be returned at our discretion.
To qualify for a refund you must inform us by email of your wish to return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your items. The items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact and items in a saleable condition. We also do not accept returns on fabric that has been cut and/or washed. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.
Kindly note that we do not accept returns on Sewing Patterns.
