To our friends in the EU that have been part of our fabric journey of discovery, we do appreciate all your orders and sharing your creativity. Things have changed quite a bit since the start of the year. As the UK has now left the EU we have had to reconsider how orders are processed and sent out and the ensuing cost. The trade deal means you will now pay Duty and VAT charges on orders coming from the UK and from us. We have decided to include this in the shipping and handling fee so that you receive your order without any delays and you know what the total cost of your order is upfront.
We would love feedback on what you think about this as we continue to research any possibilities of reducing the cost of sending you lovely fabric.
